-This is not medical advice; this is a recipe blog.
-This is not really aimed at people who are absolutely new to cooking. I skip steps in recipes sometimes and a lot of my non-baking recipes are very inexact and more guidelines than how-to kinds of instructions.
-If I refer to things like "vegetable broth," "soy sauce," etc - anything that's not a pure ingredient, you need make sure you read the ingredients and look for hidden gluten. I realize things like "vegetable broth" are often not gluten free, but I'm not going type out "gluten-free vegetable broth" all the time.
