Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie
Another thing I eat for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 banana, broken into chunks
1/2 cup of any frozen fruit
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of water
Blend everything in a blender (I use a Magic Bullet) and enjoy!
